The government has started planning its response to Sanaullah’s violation of Article 6.

 ISLAMABAD:

According to ARY News’ report from Thursday, Justice Minister Rana Sanaullah praised the Supreme Court’s thorough judgment on the ruling made by the then-deputy speaker of the National Assembly, Qasim Suri (QS). He also stated that the government has begun working on taking action in line with Clause 6 of the Constitution.

MEETING IN ISLAMABAD:

At a news conference held in Islamabad, the Minister of the Interior said that the High Court had shown once again that it will always defend the Constitution and preserve the mandate of the people. He said this in reference to a recent ruling.
All of these factors, including the fact that the Charter is the sacred institution of the people, have been expressed in the lengthy ruling handed down by the Supreme Court.

RESPONSE BY SUPREME COURT:

As a response to the directive issued by the supreme court, Rana Sanaullah called for the resignation of President Dr. Arif Alvi and said that the political career of previous Imran Khan has reached its conclusion.
“Imran Khan sought to maintain his power by endangering the national interest and undermining the Constitution,” he said, adding that the former prime minister had done this.
The minister went on to say that the supreme court has delegated authority to the parliament and Government to decide whether or not to prosecute the matter under Article 6, which is about treason.

He stated that the Speaker of the National Assembly is obligated to file a mention against the sort in the ruling with the Election, and he added that the Election Committee of Pakistan –ECP– should disbar them in compliance with the law. He said that this was the proper course of action.

PREPARATION OF CHAIRMAN ARRESTED:

In addition, Rana Sanaullah said that he was prepared to make an arrest of the Chairman of the Pakistan –PTI–, and that an application to register a case against the former Prime Minister was now waiting with the Federal Cabinet.

During this time, the federal minister said that he planned to place —AML— chairman Sheikh Rasheed under arrest during the massive march that the PTI was planning. “However, Rasheed could not be located anywhere,” he said. “Nowhere.”

BLOCKED TRAFFIC AFTER SUPREME COURT VERDICT:

Fawad Chaudhry, the leader of the PTI, was informed by the Minister of the Interior that the judgment of the SC cannot be reversed. He stated that the federal govt has begun working on activity under Article 6 of the Charter, and he added that the Parliament needs to block traffic of unlawful steps just after Supreme Court’s verdict.

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY COMPLAINT:

He pleaded with the speaker of the National Assembly to file a complaint against them — leadership of the PTI– and forward it to the electoral commission.

Rana Sanaullah said that a referral against the leadership of the PTI should be sent to the electoral commission. “In my view, the speaker of the National Assembly is required to submit a reference against them,”

He swore that “the judgment of the Supreme Council has always been final, and it would be enforced,” and he said that he was prepared to arrest Imran Khan. Imran Khan is the former prime minister of Pakistan.

In addition to this, he criticized Imran Khan for spearheading a demonstration on Islamabad and said that Shaikh was going to be detained while the march was in progress.

He made the statement that the “band of incompetents” no longer had room for politics in their agenda.

He said that Pakistan’s Constitution was a holy document, and he went on to say that the Supreme Court’s decision maintained the Constitution of Pakistan.

He referred to the supreme court judgment as a historic verdict, noting that the decision of the highest court completely adhered to the Constitution, which was in contrast to the ruling of the previous deputy speaker of the National Assembly.

“Imran Khan’s political career has end at some point as a result of this choice. Rana Sanaullah made the call that the president should step down in the wake of this decision.

REPLY FROM THE PTI:

On the other side, the PTI has described the decision made by the Supreme Court as being “riddled with flaws.” During a news conference, the leader of the PTI, Fawad Chaudhry, made the statement that “the history of High Court judgements in Pakistan is not very brilliant.”
Chaudhry asserted that the PTI had implored the apex court to conduct an investigation and had submitted documents to the court related to the “cipher,” but the Supreme Court had rejected the offer and asked the celebration to not “speak on the cryptanalysis in detail.”
The head of the PTI said that according to the Supreme Court’s verdict, there was insufficient evidence to support the notion of a foreign plot since “the court did even not attempt to consider the facts.”
In addition, the leader of the PTI asserted that people are probably the reason why the Supreme Court “did not want to examine the cipher,” which is because once the investigation of the accusation conspiracy starts, then a conversation will take place regarding it, which “they want to avoid” talking about.
In response to the extra note provided by Miankhel, Chaudhry said, “if we begin to prosecute cases within article 6, we would discover there are more individuals to hang than are nooses.”

Fascist & Imported Government is crossing all limits in putting Imran Khan's life at risk. Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah claims "Idaroun ki bhi yehi soch hai", which is hopefully a false claim. There shall be an #FIRAgainstRanaSana for threatening IK. pic.twitter.com/Wfgu5NlCjt
